| Day 01: WELCOME TO COCHIN |

Pickup from the Airport by our
Hotel Representative. Check in at Hotel in the afternoon. Have a
good nap at our luxurious Suite. Wake up at 05 in the evening and
get ready for the Dance Performance, which is one-hour performance
of different Indian Arts. Back to Hotel and Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: SIGHT SEEING |

Breakfast at our Menorah Restaurant.
Start for sight seeing around Fort Cochin . Begin with the Chinese
fishing nets at the bank of Arabian Sea followed by St.Francis Church,
Vasco da Gama Square,Dutch Cemetry and St.Francis Basilica etc….Back
to hotel in the afternoon.Evening visit the attractions of Jewish
Street, Jewish Synagogue, Hill Palace Museum and shopping at Spice
Market. Back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel. |

Day 03: BACK WATER CRUISE (Village Tour)

Breakfast at the Restaurant.
Proceed for Seven hours back water cruise at near by village on
the way to Alleppy 04 hour back water cruise on a house boat (converted
from “Kettuvallom”(Traditional Rice Barge) is made with the hard
wood ‘Anjili' and is about 70 feet long and 13 feet wide. It has
a spacious double room with a modern toilet and an open pavilion
through wide canals and lagoons and 03-hour village cruise on a
country boat (traditional open canoe made with hard wood ‘Anjili'
and is about 35 feet long and 10 feet wide. Typical Kerala Lunch
at the Boat . Evening back to hotel. Overnight
stay at hotel. |

Day 04: VISIT TO KODANAD |

Have an early morning Breakfast
and Proceed to KODANAD Elephant training camp, which is 65 kms.
from Fort Cochin . Kodanad elephant training center is a peaceful
spot among forest-like environs. Before 1977, elephants were captured
from the nearby Malayattoor forests and trained at Kodanad. Capture
of elephants was banned in that year and Kodanad center does not
engage in capturing elephants any more. The Kodanad center now focuses
on training elephants. Young elephants are trained from early on.
Elephants are accommodated in the sturdy cage. The cage allows training
in a more humane manner, instead of being torture-based. Elephant
kids might get a wash inside the cage. If you are interested you
get an elephant ride by paying a fee. Lunch at a good restaurant
and proceed to ATHIRAPPALY – VAZHACHALL water falls. back to hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. |
